Found this gem in a rarely-visited nearby grocery. Journey makes funky drinks featuring a strong base flavor and hints of regional herbs. At least that's the theory. The result is another matter. This Birch beer tastes like a standard, quality root beer with licorice and peppermint added. Luckilly, there's little aftertaste. So I suppose it's a decent alternative drink for those with an alternative, all natural mindset.

Flavor strangeness aside, I had to buy a four-pack to get the four variations on the upside-down question mark logo.
